Hello there :) I just found your blog from a link on an Orthodox Christian website that discusses lenten recipes/blogs. I am Greek Orthodox Christian and I live in northern Virginia (my church is St. Sophia in Washington DC, right down the street from St. Nicholas Russian Orthodox church).
