And this is the pizza gaina as it came out of the oven two hours later! Its definitely not as pretty as some I've made, but it was the first one that I've ever made all alone, so I'm pretty satisfied with it. Now, how to hide it from dear daughter? At least she won't be running away from home this year -- she told me that if I didn't make it again this year, that she was running away.
This is the first time that I've used this fun non-stick rectangular springform pan. I'll let it cool in the pan, and then refrigerate it. It should easily release.... at least I hope it will easily release.....
